Solfege Moveable Do - Alterations are wrong
When filling noteheads with Solfege names (choosing "Solfege Moveable Do" in the "staff/part properties") the alterations get the same names as their diatonic notes.
So in D-Major, d is Do and d# is also named Do, though it should be named Di.
See attached screenshot for the bug and also the correct naming.

Not a bug: Such noteheads (for Di, Ri, Fi, Si, Li, Te, Le, Se, Me, Ra) simply don't exist in SMuFL. The accidental and the notehead need to get read together

So the OP should report this to SMuFL so they can include those alteration noteheads and once that's available, MuseScore can be adjusted to use them as well.

I just got a reply from Github with the info that "This has already been implemented in SMuFL 1.4. Please see #82: https://github.com/w3c/smufl/issues/82 "
What would be the next step to be implemented into Musescore?

I believe MuseScore 4 will have SMuFL 1.4.

Thanks! Do I understand it correctly that these alterations then will be automatically implemented?
Edit: I checked the latest nightly/beta version of Musescore 4 and the alterations still do not apply.

No, those additonal heads would also need to get used by MuseScore

a related plugin for lyrics, not notehead
Add solfa names as lyrics (movable Do, La based minor, chromatic alteration)
