How to adjust the performance of the music, do not accent the first beat of each measure.

The first beat of the measure is not accented by default. Are you saying you want it to be? Then select the note you want accented and either add an accent mark from the palette or use the Inspector to increase the "velocity" of that note (works for instruments that don't use "single-note dynamics").

The rhythmic placement of musical phrases plays a crucial role in creating natural flow. When phrases consistently begin on the downbeat, the resulting sound can become overly rigid and predictable. Musicians historically used descriptive terms like "stiff," "mechanical," and "by the book" to characterize such inflexible compositions. These expressions have since evolved beyond their musical origins, and are now commonly applied to describe inflexible or unadaptable characteristics in various contexts - whether referring to people, processes, or systems that lack versatility and spontaneity.

There are some H5 development resources you can try, it's very fun to create the music you want.
