Making measures with unequal length beats, ("humanisation")

I am trying to humanise a solo guitar score by manually modelling the playback on a performance given by a top classical guitarist. I have made a detailed analysis of the music by using Audacity and it is clear that in many measures the first quaver lasts about 1.4 x the following 5 quavers of the same measure. (The score is in 3/4 time.)

Is there a symbol for this in MuseScore and a way to implement it in the playback?

You can use fermata.
And you can set "Time stretch" property to 1.4 from Inspector.

Oh, fermata again. I came across them about a week back and wrongly assumed that they only went on the last note of a measure, so thanks for the clarification.
