please add few microtone markers from persian music

I play "Santour" instrument, it's a Persian instrument and like any other Persian instrument, we have two extra tone markers, take a look at this picture

the picture is not accurate on placing "Sori" and "Koron" micro tones, for those who are interested, they are not halftone but one forth of a tune (almost).
This two microtones play a major role in tuning our instruments at playing. I don't know if it's possible to add these using plugins or anything like that, but if it's possible, please add these. You can read more on this page
There is also another very important aspect that I'm not sure if it's there in software or not, we have small notes side by side main notes, these are not counted in the music but played as a fast, nonchord tones

Click on a measure, press Z and look in "Accidentals". There is a Koron and a Sori. They are visual and do not change playback.
For the small notes, look in the Palettes, Grace notes for Acciaccatura. They do play.

Thanks, but there is a little addition that would be nice, it should sit on the Key Signatures in some places, for example A note, there are few settings related to Persian music for signatures, if you are interested, I can send you the most used ones.
For these signatures, you can search for "شور" "ماهور" "همایون" "دشتی" and words like this, these are different sections of our music and each one of them use little different Key Signatures. Would be nice to have them in a program like yours who is covering everything very nicely.
This for example, is the Key Signature for "شور" (read it as Shour) :

As you see, these special ones use Koron in the Key Signature. Would be nice to have them.
Also one more thing, is a repeat note request, we have a % marker for repeating the last measure, now, if you add a measure dividing bar right in the center of the percent figure, we get another repeating marker that means repeat the last "two" measures in Persian note writing (not sure if other countries use this or not). Right now, I'm using a system symbol with the "l" word and a special font for this purpose and it's becoming tedious job to add them.

You can create custom key signature, but would need to do so for every clef and they would be without playback
