'Musescore' is not a valid short file name.
I recently uninstall the older version of my musescore for updating it to the
newer version, but it seems like i have a small... Nope, medium rocks problem here.
A clever and respectful answer would help me alot.

I've never seen that message before. What happened just before it appears - did this show up immediately on double-clicking the installer, or had you entered something into that dialog then hit Next, or what? Also, what is the filename of the installer you are running" Normally it should end in ".msi" on Windows.
BTW, for future reference - no need to uninstall previous versions before updating, that should be handled automatically by the updater.

Yes, it shows up immediately after i'm clicking the installer
