Centering staves on page
Hello,
I am trying to align a staff perfectly in the center of my page. I would like the center line of the staff to be exactly in the center. Is there a way to do this? Currently my staff is a the top of the page and I would like it to be place in the center of the page (vertically).

Right click one of the measures, choose Add -> Vertical frame, then adjust the size of the frame until the staff is where you want it. https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/frames#vertical

Thanks, but how do I know where the center of the page is when moving the frame? I inserted a picture to show that I can move it, but I don't know when the center staff line is in the center of the page.

Not really an easy way to know.

Maybe by using a grid?: https://musescore.org/en/node/28576.

In that old how-to there seems to be no way to display attached files :(

Don't waste time maybe I remember wrong.
Vertical frame before and after, then increase the height of both frames the same until just before the last frame moves to the next page

Go to [Format]>[Page Settings].
Note the Page Height and Stave Space settings
[e.g. for A4 paper, page height = 297.00 mm, Default Stave Space = 1.750 mm]
Set the Top Margin to (Page Height - (4 x Stave Space))/2 (Let's call this Z)
[In the example you would set the Top Margin to (297.00-(4 x 1.750))/2 = 145.00 mm]
Go to [Format]>[Style]>[Page] and set Music Top Margin = 0.
In fact your stave will be centred if you use any combination of Top Margin and Music Top Margin such that their sum is Z
