Musescore 4 app not opening Musescore 3 files.

Musescore 4 app not opening Musescore 3 files.
I am running on Apple MacBook version Monterey 12.3.1 and the chip is an Apple M1.
the program crashes when trying to load files from Musescore V3.6.2 files

This generally does work, so please attach one such score.

Also this topic rather belongs into https://musescore.org/en/forum/687 "Development and Techonology Preview", as there is no released version of MuseScore 4 yet, just a 'private Alpha" and nighly development builds

There is however https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/11139, fixed recent nightly builds

There is no real 4.0.0 yet. Be more specific, check Help > About, click the Revision button, paste here

You can get the latest nightly builds from https://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/musescore-nightlies/
