Can i get an instrument to have 2 different voice sounds?
So like
I want to have a Bass Trombone and a Tuba part.
They'll play the same part, same pitch and rythms
so is there anyway i can make the tuba part have 2 sounds? one for Bas Trombone and one for tuba

You can make one staff invisible. You can change the remaining visible instrument staff to 'Bass Trombone and Tuba' in Staff/Part Properties, if desired. Both staves play, so you will hear 2 different instruments.
See:

Create a separate staff each instrument, enter notes, uncheck the visible box (use Edit > Instruments...) for one instrument. Both instruments will still sound even though one is hidden. You can change the name of the visible instrument to 'Bass Trombone and Tuba' in Staff/Part Properties.
Open the score I attached above to see.
You could use tricks, check the attached, wehre voice 1 and 3 (the upstem voices) have a Trombone sound and voice 2 and 4 (the downstem voices) have a Tuba sound

Basically like https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/mixer#mid-staff-change
Use the Add->Text->Change Instrument feature
