Hi, do you know how can I add a time signature as attached picture (pointed yellow)? It should be in brackets as bellow:

Highly-likely the notation in the print screen which I sent was written with Musescore. But not 100% sure.

Not likely at all as far as I can tell. Unless some mean trickery has been used

Depending on how great is your need...
You can hide a 6/4 time signature, and use a time signature number "6" from the symbols palette (Emmentaler used here, autoplacement turned off):
Brackets are text and some leading space was added for the first note.

Yes indeed, although personally, I would simply use 6/4 and avoid the use of such trickery.
