How to change the Tab manually without changing the score ? (different possible positions for the same note on a guitar)

Should be in Support not in New Feature (don't know how to change !)
I think you are asking how to change a note from one string to another without changing the pitch? Ctrl+Up/Down. For more on how to use the tab input features of MuseScore, see that section of the online Handbook.
