Still having issues with playback- no mixer or synthesizer

MuseScore 3.62 working on Windows 10
To start off, I have gone through all the steps on "https://musescore.org/en/node/96811" and I am still unable to playback. I had playback capabilities a couple days ago and I have not made any changes to my computer. I uninstalled and reinstalled MuseScore and still have the same issue.
When I look at volume mixer for my computer, it does NOT show MuseScore as an application. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Since your device dropdowns are empty, this means your OS is not telling MuseScore you even have any. Be sure to update to the latest versions of whatever audio drivers you have to make sure any bugs have been fixed. Otherwise, you will have to hunt through your OS settings to see if there is something there that is prevent it from letting MuseScore use them. For instance, some systems might have a setting to only let one program at a time access audio, and you'd need to disable that (or shut down all other programs that are using audio).

Also be sure your device has 64-bit drivers. If they are only 32-bit, MuseScore cannot use them.
