Please upload an image. There will not be a copyright problem if you just upload a picture of a few measures. (I don't use Microsoft Word.)

But if you are so unsure of the copyright status of the score you probably shouldn't be making a transcription anyway, other than for your own personal use, and assuming you own the original rather than having borrowed it.

i meant input the note on the same line. that made me confuse. if i read the handbook of musescore voice there is no information about input on the same line. is there anyone help to resolve this?

Yes, the manual can be a challenge. Enter the 8th notes first. Select the beams and hit "X" so that the stems are all up. On the right of the toolbar select voice 2. Note input turns green. Input the notes that are stem down in your measure 111. Half, dotted half, and quarter. You will have, on beat three, two G's side by side. Select the quarter note G note head and hit "V". That should make your measure look like 111. There will be a quarter rest at the end of your measure. This is correct. Some of the notation in the original is questionable.

Most any word processor will open a word doc.

Yes, but I know I don't often bother to open a document file partly because experiencia has shown that the definición of any embeded image is usually low. Oh, and I am reading the forum on a tablet and it doesn't have a word processor.

What kind of tablet doesn't have access to a word processor.

Too much hassle to use on a tablet.
Edit: Has to be downloaded and then Android asks to give access to my storage. At that point I stopped. I'm not changing my tablet's folder permissions just to view an online document.
