volta
I need to add a volta for a third ending. When I go to Lines palette, there are only ones for first and second endings. This contradicts the Musescore book which indicates there should be a volta for a third ending. I followed the book's suggestion about getting to "Volta Properties" by right clicking the symbol, but "Volta Properties" doesn't show up. I have a MacIntosh computer. What is the solution to my problem?

As for the handbook instructions; try using the Handbook for v3 instead of the one for v2: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/voltas
The properties have moved into the Inspector (F8) (called "Properties" in MS4) for several years now.
