Via the user's page, for you https://musescore.org/en/user/2397297, if the user (like you) did not disable the contact button, in that case try the users's musescore.com profile, like for you https://musescore.com/user/31393815 and the ... menu there

Yes - but how? I can get to user's pages in MS.org but then what do I click on? Of course it's different in MS.com! (I think ....)

To further clarify; those messages you send that way are not stored on .org; they simply become a plain e-mail sent from the .org server to the user.

You don't; but you can hide a conversation using the three dots next to it.
