Export to a more appropriate format: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/file-formats#audio
A MIDI file is not a sound file. It is a list of pitches and durations, and it is up to the software running it to generate the instrument sound. If you want an audio version of your score that sounds the same as it does in MuseScore, export the score to an actual audio format like WAV, MP3, FLAC, etc.
thank you very much. worked fine on mp3.

Note that MP3 is compressed and loses some quality, bu its advantage over WAV is much smaller file size. At this point, most people are accustomed to the reduced quality of MP3 and don't even perceive it as a problem, but if the goal is maximum quality, use WAV.
