Musescore 4 "unable to install the .NET runtime which is required for Muse Hub, please try again..."

Hi,
Just tried to install the Muse Hub to further get Musescore 4 plus the libraries. The installation fails giving me the information: "unable to install the .NET runtime which is required for Muse Hub, please try again...".
My system: WIN 10 Pro, version 22H2, system build 19045.2130.
It would be at least helpful to know, which .NET Runtime version is needed.
Does anyone know how to settle this issue?

Ok, just found the issue that also happened to me with other installations. The solution that worked for me: Open the Task Manager >>ctrl- alt-entf (del)<<. Search for "Windows Installer" - delete it (do it on your risk as always, but this should do no harm), after that you should be able to run the Muse Hub installer with no problems,
