I assume all of you are on Windows, right? I'm trying to find out why MuseScore crashes with some audio devices. Could you please download the test build mentioned in https://musescore.org/en/node/338271#comment-1160393, reproduce the problem, and upload the logs here according to the instructions in that comment? Hopefully that will help us!
Also, it would be useful if you could give some details about the devices with which MuseScore crashes. What sample rate do they use? And how many channels do they have? Mono, stereo, or even more channels? Or some kind of "spatial audio" mode?
Yes, Windows 10. My crashes are experienced when attempting to export MP3 audio using 44100 Hz and 128kBit/s bitrate. I'm on a laptop with simple audio out (stereo) jack. Is there a way to download dev builds without the weird .7z file extension?
I have this issue also, and it is NOT every once in a while. Literally every single time my headphone jack so much as jostles out of place, the entire thing (along with all my work) disappears. This is a real problem.

Unplugging headphones from headphone jack, crashes Musescore 4.
two is few
Same here, particularly while exporting a file to mp3. It seems MS 4 somehow exports a file by playing through it
It also closes unexpectedly when Bluetooth headphones are being disconnected.
Four is still few

The crashes during audio export are a different issue, but it's also known and being worked on!

See https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/15698 for a probable solution
