copy and paste with system breaks and renumbered measures included

Is it possible to copy and paste from a score that I previously created (in attachment) which includes system breaks at the end of each system, and includes renumbered measure numbers at the beginning of each system, and a first measure of altered duration so that the copied data includes the system breaks and the renumbered measure numbers and reformatted first measure? When I “select” “copy” and “paste” four systems (in attachment) using a standard “paste” command into a new score those elements are not included.
