I have a French PC and an AZERTY keyboard and the numbers won't work either on the numpad or the "normal" numbers. When I change the linguistical preferences of my pc and set the keyboard as if it were an American QWERTY, the "normal" numbers work but not the numpad.
All this prevents from using Musescore 4 in an effective way because when I want to easily set the note duration, then I'm forced to work with an AZERTY keyboard that's configured as a QWERTY. So it's a bit of a guessing game everytime.

And by the way: same problem with German QWERTZ keyboard, still present in 4.0.1.
Then use Help > Revert to factory settings, that indeed is needed of you come from 4.0.0
That should work with AZERTY too
