Ooooh, now I'm inspired to create a brand-new key signature. Something like 2-flats & 2-sharps in one sig. Just imagine the chaos that will ensue with transposing instruments...
My first attempt at creating a novel key signature tells me I'm not brave enough to persist along this line... For starters (and according to the handbook), if I want a KS of 1-flat & 1-sharp, I have to create two sigs, to account for clef differences. Or to really make musician's heads explode, not even go that far. This may require a composing session fueled by recreational liquids.

If you mean like a custom key signature for mixo b13, I guess you can create it using the master palette...

Well, actually for Ab mixo b13 you would only need to add one flat to D-flat major: F flat.
