Score page jumps around, and often changes pitches of notes in the process
Working in chrome, I find that the page jumps up at random intervals. If I happen to have a note or measure highlighted, it raises the pitch of those notes in the process. This has created some very unusual harmonies to say the least. When exporting the audio file the score continues to jump up on the page until the top portions are obscured and the bottom bar duplicates repeatedly creating a slide/smeared effect.

"Working in chrome"
?
AFAIK MuseScore is a desktop application.
Unless you are talking about the Music sharing site MuseScore.com. In that case, you need to head over there with this question. This is MuseScore.org. I know, it seems weird to me, also.

Sorry, you are correct. The problem occurs while using the application. My mistake.
Please disregard the "Working in chrome" part of my comment. The problem occurs in the application, not while viewing in browser.

In my opinion, you need more storage space if you are going to do any serious MuseScore work. You may need to check that you have the latest graphics driver. I have no use for cloud storage, so I can't speak to that.

I use two cloud storage services and an local external hard drive so I'm ok there. I'll check the graphics driver- thanks.

Oddly, I have no problems when I use version 3 -- only glitches in version 4.

MU4 requires a more powerful computer, in general.
I see the specs call out this:
"1280x720 pixel resolution, or scaled equivalent". Check your display settings.

Recommended settings are 1920 x 1080, so this is how it is currently set.
