Problems with the Refund

Hi,

I accidentally did not cancel my subscription last week and immediately sent the MuseScore Support a Refund Request and attached my receipt. Now it has been 5 days since my request and they even mention "Your request (383530) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.".

But I did not receive any other email or something, which indicates that my request apparently has not been reviewed.

What is going wrong here, how long am I supposed to wait?
