Online handbook not available for MS4 yet?
This is maybe a known thing, but the link from the Help menu points to a non existing page:

Hm, I suspect what happens is that there is something going on behind the scene which tries to give me a Norwegian version of the handbook, even if the query parameter says "locale=en". My suspicion is based on the error page and message I get (see attachment), which is a mix of English and Norwegian terms. I guess it is because of the default "lang" setting in my browser (controlled by my job on my job PC, nothing I can change). Even so, I think the explicit local=en in the URL should override that setting. Or?
