Crashes when loading to open

Hi, my OS is windows and I wanted use this software but when loading to open the muse score, crashes itself. I already reinstalled it, and also repaired it but nothing changed. I used the Muse Hub and without it to do so, but I can't reach to open it and I don't have other softwares in use. My hardware is 32GB ram, core i5.
