Not Saving to PC on Musescore 4

Hello, I am having a weird situation where on a student's laptop the save as or save doesnt save to the pc files and it automatically tries to save to the cloud. However, we only want it to save to the PC and it doesn't allows us to. It requires to log in and we tried logging in to see if it did something. It even failed to login to cloud. I have no idea what to do. Does anyone have a solution for this? (Musescore 4 issue)
