Please help me change my chord playback sound
I have read numerous instructions - none of which make sense. I'm running v3.6.2.5. My chords do not sustain - even tho I've set them to. And, they all sound like someone banging on a piano. Doesn't work well for a ballad.

Hello Everyone,
I have received 1 response to my post...from Jojo-Schmitz. Thank you, Jojo.
However, none of the instructions work for my score. Perhaps more details are needed about what I'm experiencing. So, here goes:
I have 2 staves that present 4 singing voices. Each staff is reflected in the Mixer and the associated Sound is easily modifiable. I already know & use that option.
But I have used the Ctrl+K option to add chords above the score. These Chords Do Not Have a Channel in the Mixer. I've changed their Interpretation to "Jazz" and their Duration to "Until Next Chord Symbol" - to no avail.
What I hear in playback is a chord "banged" on a piano with No Sustain/Duration...and no clear way to change the sound from piano to anything else.
Please Help me!
Thank you!!

Share the score, only then we can see what might be wrong with it

As mentioned, once you attach your score we can assist better. The default sound should be pretty much identical to how it worked in MU3, you can change it using the mxier channel (it will have "chords" in the namne).
