I don't know how this happened, but there were several times the tag "<Measure len="180/1920">" in the mscx. The denominator must not be greater than 128, so I replaced the tag with "<Measure len="12/128">".
This allows the file to be opened in 3.7, and probably also in MuS 4, see the attached version. Maybe this will help you and it did not modify the music.

This is (at least) the 3rd report of a corruption with this particular symptom/cause.
See https://musescore.org/en/node/358354 and
https://musescore.org/es/node/358525.
I wonder how this can happen, how to reproduce this
The uselessness of the error message has been reported on GitHub, by me, see https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/20728

It happened randomly, Musescore really needs to fix their software it's really messy as of now.

As long as it isn't reproducible it is very hard to impossible to fix

To satisfy my curiosity: What is the length supposed to mean? I haven't seen it in MuS 3 yet.

It is the same in Mu3, 128 is the max. for the denominator of an actual measure duration

O yes, I see. In measures with a different length (upbeat etc.) the indication is required.
And these 12 occurences in his file was caused by the upbeat which has three thirty-second notes.
MuS 4 should have been specified here <measure len="3/32">
Thank you.

Will test in a second, thank you so much!

Another attempt from me.
I have also corrected the excerpts so that it should open normally in MuS 4. It is still the MuS 4 format.
My action: replace all occurrences of '180/1920' with '3/32' in all mscx files.
