Upload stuck in "Your Score is Being Processed"
I have been trying to upload a score (see attached). The upload has been stuck in the "Your Score is Being Processed" state for several hours. I suspect there is a bug preventing it from being processed correctly.
I attempted to open an issue for this in https://musescore.org/en/project/issues/musescore. However, clicking on the "Add new issue" link redirects me to my user page (https://musescore.org/en/user/2147968)

It probably never did
You'd need to ask on musescore.com, rather than here on musescore.org

Your score had two corrupted measures. This is why it is not accepted on musecore.com.
You need first to fix these two measures and then everything will be fine.

I had the same problem (scores are not corrupted, but only some scores dont work), and contacted the support (which is confusing and somewhat difficult to find if you differentiate between .org and .com). After 5 days of waiting, I got a suggestion that made no sense to my problem description. I answered on that and told that the problem persists, and now it has been 3 weeks without any support. Where else could I ask for help?
