MuseScore PDF file is only one page
I have been searching for the full version of this file because when I open the link it only shows the first page of the PDF. The arrangement does not appear to be on the regular MuseScore website, only in this odd one-page PDF file. Is there any way I can find the full version of the sheet music? I have tried "inspecting the element" in the "develop" tab on Safari, searching in MuseScore as I would with any other sheet music, and looked on Safari hoping I would be led to the full version on MuseScore. Is finding all the pages for this a lost cause or is there something more I can do? Does anyone know if there is a way to find out who posted the arrangement? I provided the link to the file below.

Doesn’t look like musescore notation to me. Where did you see that it was made in musescore?

I'm not sure if it was made in musescore...but I suppose someone tried to convert it to a mscz file.

It probably wasn't made in MuseScore and I can't see any evidence that anyone tried to import it into MuseScore. It's just a partial piece compromising of one page of sheet music.
It got created using Qt 4.6.2 (check the PDF's properties in Adobe Acrobat Reader), so could have been MuseScore 1.0 or older (Mu 1.1 used Qt 4.7.3)
