I cancelled my subscription, and my visa was charged anyway.

How do you log into Muse score from an Android phone? I have re-set my password and yet the site does not recognise me - although it tells me I am a PRO user. This is totally ridiculous.

Sorry, no idea. This forum supports the MuseScore Studio notation software for Windows, MacOS and Linux.
Instead, why don't you ask on the appropriate group on musescore.com?
