Dropdown Menus Appearing Outside the Musescore Interface (4.4.2)

Has anyone else seen this behavior when Musescore is on a second monitor?

When I launch MuseScore, the loading screen always opens on my primary monitor; then the program itself will open on whichever monitor it was last used.

Problem is, when MuseScore is on the secondary monitor, all the dropdown menus open on the main monitor and outside of the MuseScore interface. If Musescore is on the main monitor, the doesn't happen and dropdown menus open normally.

So, effectively, I can't have MuseScore on a second monitor at this point. This seems to be new behavior.
