Guitar Strunning Technique
I've applied Strum technique (up & down) from Arpeggios palette to Rhythm Guitar, but it sounds wavy not just like real guitar sound. Can anyone help me to solve this problem? Thank you.

After selecting all these Arpeggios symbols, press "Playback" tab (in Properties panel) and decrease as wished the "Spread Delay" (the "default" value is 1)
The result is better but not really convincing (for me)

It is, as you mentioned, not really convincing to me neither.
Are there any other alternatives?

Other alternatives? I don't know of any in MuseScore. Or maybe using a soundfont that implemented this kind of sounds. I don't remember any. Good luck.
The simplest construct sounds reasonable except that the down strum symbol produces and up strum and visa versa.
And a simple, extremely common strum doesn't even play the notated rhythm:

Recently I worked on creating realistic strums in Logic Pro's piano roll editor.
Here's are what the piano roll looks like, with a slight deceleration through each strum.
And this is how it sounds. The section at 0:16 seconds has no arpeggio, but rather simultaneous note onsets.

Playback of straight and wiggly arpeggios are indeed identical.
The up/down strum name thing is something to report on GitHub, as a bug
Probably also getting the defaults for their spread delay changed, as a feature request.
I don't know about you guys, but I seldom hit all six strings on every strum. Some variation sounds more realistic in software. Try this MU4 file. Not perfect but not too bad. Food for thought
