Regarding a Refund and Reply

I am experiencing an issue with requesting a refund for my account. When I try to fill out the refund form, I receive the following message: "Unfortunately, we cannot find any subscriptions matching the information from your request. Please check if the entered details are correct or send your refund request with the purchase receipt and/or payment details to support@musescore.com." It seems that, for some reason, I am unable to complete the form, even though I have entered all my information correctly.

I emailed MuseScore over 34 hours ago but have not received a response. I have all the information you require, including my email, username, subscription details, card details, and payment receipt. I hope to resolve this issue within the 14-day period after my subscription to be eligible for a refund.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding my situation.
