Does MuseScore 4.4 Have All The Articulations for Violin?
I am taking the following course on Udemy to learn orchestration for strings:
Orchestration 1: Compose Orchestral Music for Strings
https://www.udemy.com/course/orchestrationcourse
...
In her articulations list, she includes:
SHOULD HAVE
Sustain (longs)
Staccato/Spicatto(shorts)
Marcato (longer shorts)
Pizzicato (plucked strings)
Tremelo (strings)
NICE TO HAVE
Legato (connects notes)
Col legno (hit with bow wood)
Con sordino (mute)
Harmonics
Trills
...
Some of these I know MuseScore 4.4 has and know how to access them (e.g., Staccato, Marcato, Pizzicato, Tremelo, Legato, Col legno, Harmonics, and Trills). However, how do I get Spicatto and Con sordino?

There is no legato for any instrument in MuseScore. I don't think there is spicatto, either.
Good luck with your course. Remember that music theory is just that. It isn't music practice. Listen over and over to lots of orchestra music. Join an orchestra if you play an instrument. I think the best way to learn how real instruments blend together is to be inside that which is making the music.

This is just to follow up on my old post. It seems there is legato in Musescore by using slurs:

And it plays legato, but subtly, according to Jojo-Schmitz in the following reply to a post:
