corrupted file

• Oct 21, 2024 - 00:37

Hi,
I'm getting a message to say my file is corrupted, I've reverted to the last saved version and re-inputted everything after that point but the same message appears. The errors are in the soprano part but I can't manually correct that part.
Here is the error list.
Incomplete bar: Part score: Soprano, bar 87, stave 1. Found: 5/4. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete bar: Part score: Soprano, bar 88, stave 1. Found: 7/4. Expected: 4/4.
Incomplete bar: Part score: Soprano, bar 89, stave 1. Found: 10/8. Expected: 4/4.

What should I do? I don't know whether to save the corrupted file and send it to you or send the last saved version.
Cheers
Brooke Green

Thank you very much! I just had to add a couple of missing notes but that's all good. Can you help with a few other things for the score?

  1. Is there a way to reset the notes so they are all black? They turned red after I used the check parallels plugin. I don't want to use the Color notes in black plugin again because I'm pretty sure that caused the file to corrupt.

  2. There is an ossia stave above the soprano part but when it is hidden, all the tempo markings are set too high, above the hidden stave. How can I place them close to the soprano stave?

  3. How do I centre the labelling of the Soprano part so it is in line with the soprano stave, not the hidden ossia stave?

  1. Select all the notes and color them black. I don't know how they turned red, but they are just colored red with no other meaning.

  2. No. But your ossia part has no notes, so why not delete the ossia part?

  3. See 2nd; but you can put 3 or 4 line breaks before the "Soprano" and the "S." in the long and short instrument name.

See my version, done with 3.7.
