Muse Keys downloaded but not showing up
This is my first time downloading muse keys from muse hub but for whatever reason, every time I press download, it says "Downloaded" But when I relaunch Musescore, it's not appearing in my instrument list section. Am I missing something here?
I don't see the Soft Piano, Suitcase Electric Piano, and the Wurly 200A in the instrument list.
I already see the Piano, Celesta, and Upright Piano in my instrument list but I'm assuming those are defaults.

I’m creating a score that includes several piano pieces throughout; I’ve been using the grand piano sound from the MS Basic for all of the pieces up to this point, but I want to switch to a different Muse Key instrument midway through some of the songs. How can I achieve this?

Format -> Style -> Score. Uncheck there "Hide empty stave within systems". You will see how this is achieved.

It already seems to be unchecked when I went to the settings. I still don't understand how you can switch between different muse key instruments mid song.

No, it wasn't unchecked, you did it.
The idea is not to switch, but to create four instruments (pianos), whose sound you modify in the Mixer. Look in the Mixer too. Do you know how to change the sound (so in the Mixer) you want for the same instrument, in this case the piano?
Then enter the notes in each instrument, in turn, in their specific slots, and at the very end, hide the empty staves (and don't forget to place system breaks at the junction of each instrument change/instrument sound, as you can also see from the finished attached score.)

After (same score as above): 4 pianos.mscz

Thanks, pressing 'I' and adding multiple piano instruments and changing the sound of each of the parts in the mixer solved my problem. Now I can freely change between instruments.
However, I have 2 problems now:
1) The left hand part is hidden when I add new measures.
2) Every time the measures indent to the next line, it displays the abbreviated instrument name. This isn't too big of a problem, but if there is a fix, it would be helpful.

Don't use the "Hide empty staves" feature, or disable it temporarily when adding new measures, since by definition they are empty, and therefore hidden (if I've understood this first problem correctly?)
Right-click on a staff of each different piano / Staff/part properties / Short instrument name: remove the current name and edit with the desired name.

I solved the 2nd problem thanks to you, but I still have thoughts on the 1st.
You mentioned that to edit the notes of a specific piano, I need to uncheck the "Hide empty staves" setting. However, every time I do this, the layout becomes cluttered because it shows all staves, even those I’m not currently working on, making it hard to navigate.
In the screenshot, you can see that unchecking "Hide empty staves" causes two full instrument staves to appear, while I only need to edit one.
Is there any workaround on this? If not, it's fine; it's not that big of a deal.

In Format / Style / Page, just below "Hide empty staves", there is another option: "Don't hide empty staves in first system". Uncheck it.
