How to fix intermittant audio crackling when playing MuseScore piece

Hello,

When playing music from MuseScore, I hear occasional cracking or break up in the audio in place of or at the beginning of a note. The exported mp3 files from these scores do not crackle. Playing music on internet does not crackle either. It happens even when each part is in solo by itself. This seems to be a little less on the bass part. Any idea how I can fix this?
