If you saved you project in the cloud, then do this:
Windows:
1. Press ⊞ Win + R
2. Copy/Paste: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\MuseScore\MuseScore4\cloud_scores
3. Press Enter
4. Look there for a file that might be called not_uploaded.mscz or something similar.
5. If you find something interesting, copy that file to another location and open from that new location

Mac:
1. Shift + Command (⌘) + G
2. Copy/Paste:
~/Library/Application Support/MuseScore/MuseScore4/cloud_scores
3. Press Enter
4. Look there for a file that might be called not_uploaded.mscz or something similar.
5. If you find something interesting, copy that file to another location and open from that new location

I'm really grateful for help but I still can't do anything about it. I don't really know that this score is saved, I couldn't save it and I close an app without saving the work. I expected a window to appear with information about an unsaved session, but it didn't happen. All changes were visible in the preview, but after opening the score a window appeared informing that the score was damaged.I hope there is something else I can do with it, I can also send you this file if possible and it would be useful for something.

Yes, attach the file that you tried to open, the one that gave the message about "the score was damaged". Please also identify the exact error message. They are almost always useful, but only if you provide the message word-for-word.

Identify your computer's operating system and version. Also identify the version of MuseScore you have installed (Help / About MuseScore, click the copy button [two pieces of paper] next to the "Build" number, then paste it into your post).

In case you don't know How To attach a file, click the link.
