There's no such thing as a "mouse score file" and we don't understand what you mean by "flagging the melody". As Jojo added, Home works nicely to jump to the beginning of the file (as it does in most applications).

I did. Because that was my assumption as well. My comment was not insulting or abusive in the slightest. I was simply stating facts and asking for clarification.

I didn't say it was. Only that you did come on a little strong at someone just trying to word something they don't understand in a language that they may not be strong in.
Obviously they meant MuseScore file.
