Scam?

Hi,

I tried to purchase notes of one song only and the system took 39,90 euro from my credit card. I don’t want any ongoing plan and I haven’t purchased that. I want to cancel this and my money back. There is no address on the site where place the complaint.

Will take this every discussion platform for sure.

Hi and thank you for contacting me.

Please pay back my money. I haven't made any ongoing subscription, but tried to purchase one set of notes only. The system charged me for the ongoing plan.

I have already been forced to shut down my credit card and filed a reclamation regarding your actions to my bank If I'm not receiving my money back immediately, I will also file a report of criminal offense to the police.

Please confirm that you have credited my credit card with the amount of EUR 39.99 that doesn't belong to you.

I consider your business model as a scam and if I don't receive the money back immeadiately, I will take this case to the police, consumer authorities and discussion platforms.

Please learn that musescore.org and musescore.com are two completely different sites!

You are here on musescore.org and no one here can give you your money back or have any other influence on musescore.com. This forum is about the support of the music notation software Musescore Studio, which is absolutely free of charge.

How to QUIT Musescore ?

I tried many times TO QUIT ( to leave) MUSESCORE. I realized is VERY, VERY difficult !
What do I have to do ?

Same as any application: File / Quit ... Ctrl+Q ... System Close (top right corner)

It is certainly impossible to contact musescore.com HERE on musescore.org. As you have been told repeatedly, you need to go to musescore.com. No one can help you here because you are in the WRONG PLACE. Anything on this topic that you post here is like trying to teach a bear to dance: it wastes your time and it annoys the bear. :-) Read How and where to ask for support and follow its instructions.

I bet you didn't read the fine print prioperly. And fell foul of being greedy seeing the special offer, which comes without a free trial.
Whatever, have fun reporting it to the police...

Easiest is to talk to your credit card company. After all musescore.com doesn't even have your physical address, so won't be able to file a counter claim...

You did not give a review on "us" (if you did, you got that wrong too). Because "us" is musescore.org, not musescore.com. Nobody here is an employee of that company. Indeed, many of us here don't even use that site. (Some do, but most don't.)

We have told you repeatedly that you are complaining in the wrong place. Complain in the right place and maybe you could get something done about your issue. But it's not possible that you'll get any response from them if you continue complaining here. Because the musescore.com people do not read these forums.

As someone pointed out earlier, if you take your Yamaha guitar to a Yamaha motorcycle dealership, they will not be able to help you.

No one is bullying ... unless it's you. We are trying our best to help you.

As has been stated repeatedly, it's impossible for you to get any help here, for much the same reason that you would not be able to get any help with your Yamaha motorcycle at a guitar shop. Contact the right place and perhaps you will be able to get some help.

But no, you insist on hanging around the guitar shop with your motorcycle, accusing us of not being helpful and of bullying you for telling you that you're in the wrong place.
