Copy-paste causes crash
Pearly Dewdrops' Drops - 2025 21 April Cello Accompaniment - copy.mscz I'm copy-pasting to duplicate bars (Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V), using OS: macOS 15.4, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.5.1-250800846, revision: 603eca8
When copying a larger amount (6-8 bars), it will crash out straight away.
When copying a smaller amount (2-3 bars) at a time, it'll crash out after copy-pasting maybe 4-5 times.
I can't work out what's causing it, as in trying to replicate it doesn't seem to be in any particular bar that's consistently causing the crash.
I've restarted the computer, created a copy of the file and then started editing that, issue still exists. Any indication of what the issue might be, if it's something in the file that's causing the crashing? Or something systemic?

I can't get this to happen. Perhaps post one of your scores that does this. Remember that meter changes don't copy correctly.

Ooops, I thought I had but I hadn't ticked the display box - that's now there.
On further testing I can only replicate it on the piano (not rehearsal piano) line in the attached.

I've tried various combinations several times, and I can't see anything unusual here. Please be more explicit: you're copying exactly which measures (from the piano) to which measure (and to which instrument)?

Ok, found it. It's the same problem as this one: https://musescore.org/en/node/377972
For example, for the piano staves of your score, copying and pasting these two measures crashes the program.

For the record, this issue is fixed in the upcoming version 4.5.2
