I was hoping there is a plugin for it, but there is not. You will have to do it manually.

There is a plugin, but only for MuseScore 1.x, retrograde

I thought I remembered the plug in for 1.x, but I only looked in 2.x.. As you know, it won't help if OP has version 2.x.

Right. Unless using a pottable 1.3 version, that plugin and a MusicXml import/export, way to much work I guess
