Adding images to headers and footers
I'd like to create a style template with a logo in the header. I can add an svg graphic to a frame, but how do I make it appear in the header or footer?

You can't. You need a frame, or a note/chord/rest to 'anchor' an image to.
And doing this in a template doesn't work , it may work for the template itself, but not with the score created from that template, see #238856: Images from templates should propagate to scores created from those templates

Ah. Thanks. So I'm trying to figure out a workaround.
When attaching an image to the title frame, there are two problems:
1. Title frame only appears on first page
2. As you say, images in templates do not work, so I have to manually drag it onto the frame and adjust positioning each time
Any other workarounds or suggestions?

While I agree that we need some kind of page design mechanisms in MuseScore, here's my first workaround, which may work for some cases:
Drawbacks:
- cannot easily combine normal text and graphics in headlines
- only b/w logos

More drawbacks: just sharing the score doesn't work (unless the receiver has that font too), neither does via MuseScore.com, nor in the songbook app. I'm not even sure it works in a PDF, on a different device without that font.

Oops… you're right
So, to improve the situation, what do you think we need? I used to work as a Qt developer in the past and may be able to help if time allows.
