Temp file corrupted - won't open?
I've been working on an arrangement for several days and had it working just fine yesterday, when I tried to open it today it said it was a temp file and couldn't be opened in MuseScore or Adobe PDF Reader - please help! I can't upload the file here either it won't let me.

If it's a MuseScore file, it should end with a file extension .mscz or .mscx -- which you should be able to upload.
Adobe PDF Reader is used for .pdf files - which MuseScore does not open directly.
What file extension appears on that temp file? --- .tmp?
Maybe try looking for a backup file. See:

It is a musescore temp file so .mscz.temp which is why I can't upload it. I already tried the backup file method but couldn't find anything!

Rename it without the .tmp suffix and
1. see if it will open,
2. upload it here.

My computer won't allow me to change the .tmp suffix, only the preceding .mscz to .pdf which doesn't help unfortunately so I still can't open or upload it.

Here's the renamed file, not sure why you couldn't rename it. You will have to override the warning that changing the extension may render the file unusable, but hey, we know what we're doing ;-)
You may also need to disable 'hide extensions of known file types' in Windows explorer, a very stupid and dangerous default setting in Windows
