hello ChurchOrganist, about this clarinet you have been working on in the far past, did you succeed in making a good virtual clarinet out of it and if yes, are you willing to share it and save me some time? (i have only 30 more years to live)
i see very low volume samples, just like the Helgerssonsamples, are these different ones?
regards, bottrop
i normalized the samples and trimmed some attacks of the original. there is also a font with 3 clarinets, made out of the best samples, 3 notes per sample. pick it up quick, it wont be there for ever.
ChurchOrganist, would you be willing to release your work on these clarinets to be used in the new MuseScore SoundFont? Currently you have it licensed as "Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International". I realize that the original samples can be used with no restrictions, but it would be nice to not have to do all the work from scratch (looping, mapping, etc.).
Because I'm interested about your concern to improve the default soundfont, maybe contact CurchOrganist via his account, he wasn't (maybe for personal cause) present inside the forum the last time.

Use MuseScore default soundfont, add the Clarinet one, switch sound of the clarinetes to those of the clarinet soundfont in Mixer.
