How do I play Choral Soprano #C7?
I'm trying to play this key. But it's one notch above the key I need. Is there any way to tweak the settings to make the note actually play in Musescore?

That's of course and extremely high note for any singer - kind of beyond what is normally physically possible. So not surprising there might not be a sample of it. You could switch to piccolo or some other instrument for the playback. Or find a soundfont that includes samples for this in a vocal sound (see Handbook under "Soundfonts" for more info).

Can't you only have 1 soundfont installed at a time?
I'm technically looking for the soundfont with the same chorals, this one sounds really good. The ones out there are limited and have wierd sounds to them, like quick fading, pulsing, hissing, etc.
I believe that it's very hard to produce an authentic sounding choral soundfont. That's why I believe many people (other than me) use a different instrument than choral. However, I need the choral as I'm trying to reproduce the choral heard in transformers for demonstration and testing purposes. But it's quiet disappointing and disheartening to learn that your just one note short of completion.

You can have more than one.

Oh, I guess I need to read the handbook again.

When I install a soundfont and play it, namely, the Florestan Aahs Choir (Which sounds ok, gets the job done) the choral plays, but the other instruments don't (FluidR3Mono). How do I get FluidR3Mono instruments to play with the Florestan Aahs Choir instruments?

Easiest is to make sure Fluid is listed on top. Then go to View / Mixer and choose the appropriate sound for any instrument your want not to use Fluid.

Thanks. Yeah, when I checked the mixer (never done it before), I realized that the instruments were all messed up. Thanks

I actually figured out the problem, it changed everything in the mixer section when I added the Florestan Aahs Choir.
