Changing Time Signature half way through a bar

Good morning,

Could anyone please tell me if it's possible to change the time signature half way through a bar, and if so, how?

I've tried selecting a single note/rest and double-clicking on the required new time signature... doesn't work.

Same for selecting a note/rest and then dragging the new time signature.... no go.

Below is the piece of music I'm transcribing, with the offending bar circled in red.

You will need to select the note (or rest) that starts the measure with the new time signature and use the menu Edit->Measure->Split Measure Before Selected Note. You can then insert the time signature and the double bar line in your picture.
