Alphabetical Order of Palettes
Please Please Please can you short the Palettes view in alphabetical order because it's absolutely frustrating to go down the list with random words trying to find what one is looking for.
Even though I've been using the software for 2 years I still don't know how to quickly get to "Repeats" or "Dynamics" menu.
The problem is more pronounced if I am already in the workflow and having a few menus already open like "Lines" and "Articulation" for example. Then the "Arpeggions" menu is BELOW the Lines menu while the "Time Signature" is ABOVE the Lines menu.
I do understand that usability seems to play a role in shorting this menu but it's still confusing and hard to find what one is looking for in a quick way that makes sense.
The software overall is amazing and thank you.

Well, think translations, those would change the sorting, so what is the 3rd palette in English might be the 5th in German.
But you can create yourself a custom workspace and there sort palettes to your heart's content

I appreciate the prompt response however I'm not sure I understand.
The translation of a software is a big undertake. Shorting out the palettes for a different language isn't that much work compared to translating the entire software.
And even if we don't go that far as to short out the list in different languages, should the english version of the software which I assume stands to be the most popular be having an un-shorted list because in Greek it might be different?

It is not about the work involved for the sorting, that could be handled by software, it is the different order in different5 languages that will be confusing

Thank went to both contributors to my answer.
Thank you JoJo as well.
You have hinted to the solution and I noticed afterwards.
Much appreciated response.
One thing that came to my mind years ago....
a more recent one https://musescore.org/en/node/105766
But you can customize a Workspace https://musescore.org/en/handbook/palettes-and-workspaces
and then enable editing to reorder palettes
