Tremolo with beam
In elder sheet music you can often see a tremolo written with a beam (like at http://www.mu-sig.de/Theorie/Notation/grafik/Notation8/27-2.gif ;). Is this also possible with MuseScore?
I´m looking forward to hearing from you soon.

This has been requested already, see #18897: Minim tremolo with beam styling
MuseScore does not support Beam Tremolo.
However, you can insert it in the following ways:
Please refer to the file for details.

Inspired by the previous comment/file (thanks!), and supplemented by another mean with reference to an illustration of Elaine Gould (Behind Bars, p.226 ("Positioning tremolo beams"), ie the "three ways".
The file with steps: Minim tremolos beams.mscz

This trick doesn't seem to be working anymore since the new update. The notes don't beam together properly anymore. From the times I've tried, they always end up like one of the below pictures.

You need to attach a score (.mscz file), I've never seen anything like either of those pictures in MuseScore and I use tremolos all the time.

Is it the wished result - image below (done with version 3.2.3) ? If so, attach your score (or simply an excerpt, via menu "File" -> Save Selection) for better assist.

Hi all,
I join the discussion while I have the same need, trying to obtain the result below
and having difficulties to obtain such a result with information provided on https://musescore.org/fr/manuel/tremolo#two_note

Add a 'regular' 2-note tremolo, select it in Inspector and change it from Default to Traditional
Possible since MuseScore 3.6.0
