Alto Flute/Flauto contralto in Sol - Treble flute/Flauto soprano in Sol
They have again pointed out to me (https://musescore.org/it/node/270279 ) that, in the list of 'Common instruments' there is the flute soprano in sol (it's a very rare instrument)
As in the original conversation https://musescore.org/en/node/52796

So you want it into some other genre, so it doesn't show in common anymore? Which genre?

I don't think it's necessary to place it any genre. Many of the uncommon but not specifically "ethnic" instruments have no genre assignments. They still show up under "All", or if you do a search.

In my opinion, Treble Flute should remain only in All Instruments, while in Common Instruments shoud be included Alto Flute, which is present in many famous scores and is currently played in Chamber and Orchestral music.
Thanks for your attention.
